  Firstly, I never review anything online but since as though I was looking for a review on this business a few weeks ago I thought I ought to contribute. I have wanted my teeth whitened for a long time but my dentist is too expensive and the DIY at home kits have had limited success. An offer for 3 x 15 minute LED whitening treatments during one appointment appeared on KGB deals a few months ago and I ordered it. I rang up to book an appointment and due to my work schedule the next suitable appointment was 5 weeks away. In the meantime I did a lot of research online about tooth whitening and in particular that LED whitening just dehydrates the teeth which makes them appear much whiter until they rehydrate in the following few days. I also read that the procedure is painful and other various bad experiences about it. When I arrived I was taken up some stairs into a room which had a kitchen at one end and a bed with a light over it at the other. One lady took some initial details from me such as name, address and relevant medical history. She then compared and took note of my current teeth colour with a shade chart. I then went over to the bed with the other lady who put a cheek retractor in and prepared my teeth for the treatment. She applied the bleach and then lined up the light with my mouth and set it to work for 15 minutes. During this time the two ladies spent time in the kitchen chating, making coffee and food to eat. After 15 mins the machine beeped and the lady removed everything from my teeth and applied the second treatment and reset the light. After the third 15 minute treatment I was asked to go and rinse my mouth out in the bathroom next door and return to discuss the aftercare. In the bathroom mirror my teeth did look significantly whiter and when the colour was reassessed on the colour chart they were whiter by 10 shades. They attempted to sell me an aftercare package which I refused and they ran through some aftercare tips such as do not eat anything for the next hours and avoid foods which would stain a white shirt such as tea, coffee and red wine for the next 24 hours. I was initially very pleased with the results and followed the aftercare tips to the letter however within 24 hours my teeth were almost back to their original yellow colour (I took photos in the same light of my teeth before, immediately after and now). The business was not run very professionally, they have recently moved offices and they neglected to inform me of the move and it was very difficult to telephone through to speak to anyone actually in the office. Although the procedure was painless I will not be returning as the whitening was very short lived. It was a £50 mistake for me and I am just glad that I didnt pay the full £250 for it.
