- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪By far and away the most disgusting and poorly run NHS we have experienced. They have no idea on how to treat children with Down Syndrome and/or autism in any capacity, nor does anyone want to train in this field. Every single dept seems pre-programmed to make life difficult for families of those with SEN and additional physical ailments. Physiotherapy seems to be a martian concept at Hull Royal, a hospital that is full of 'tin gods' in charge of patient care. Disgusting and needs a clear out from top - bottom in ALL depts!!!!by Dave AbbottApril 01, 2017
