- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Called in at short notice twice with a complicated and difficult situation. The receptionists couldn't have been more helpful both times. Made urgent appointments for a different doctor to see the patient on each occasion and made him feel welcome as well as making further appointments to see him.
