- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Tried the Story St walk-in centre a couple of years ago, arrived there at 5:30pm to be told there was no one available and no one would be able to see me that day (even though the waiting room was nearly empty). Family member had issue recently which needed medical attention, thought I would ring them first this time (a few hours before closing time), they advised that they were busy and wouldn't be able to see us if we went. NHS recommends walk-in centres rather than A&E but this place isn't fit for purpose.by J RJune 04, 2017
