- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪On the whole, I find the staff to be rude & unhelpful, but have to add, that todays receptionist excelled herself. Not only was she extremely patronising, she neither smiled, nor gave any eye contact whatsoever, whilst begrudgingly answering my questions. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪From my experience at the surgery the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. We were loathe to move from our previous surgery when we move back into Hull but had no choice as we were out of their area.
