- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The doctors and nurses at this surgery have always been fantastic. They are caring, kind and compassionate despite the pressures of modern GP life. You will know what I mean- If you can get past the cavalry that are the reception staff. Recently has the appointment system changed? For some reason they don't have a call que when you ring to book an appointment meaning I rang 70 times to get connected to a receptionist! Unacceptable! How do the elderly and vulnerable use this service? I wanted to see someone because I was feeling very low and didn't know where to go. I didn't want to explain the details to the receptionist. Why should I have to? Why should I have to beg for an appointment? I appreciate they have to have a triage system and they probably get a lot of time-wasters.
